What is your return policy for home products?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes, all AcuRite home products include a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use.
